What to Expect in a Session

Your session starts with you.

Decide what you’d like to work on—whether it’s stress, pain, digestion, fatigue, or anything else. If you’re not sure where to begin, don’t worry: kinesiology can help uncover which issue is the top priority for your system.

Together, we set a goal. Think of it as a clear message to your whole body, directing your healing and focus.

We’ll then explore how you’re being affected emotionally, physically, and energetically. This holistic view allows us to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Techniques That Support You

During your session, I may use a range of gentle, non-invasive techniques, tailored to your needs:

  • Light touch on specific points of the body

  • Working with the body’s meridians and chakras

  • Releasing emotional stress

  • Nutritional insights and advice

  • Simple movement and energy balancing techniques

Afterwards, you may receive self-care tools—like movements, nutrition tips, or stress relief techniques—to help you maintain your progress at home. Many people find a follow-up every few months helps keep them aligned and feeling their best.
