    • Kinesiology is for everyone. We work with babies, toddlers, primary school age children, teenagers, adults and there are many benefits for the elderly too. Kinesiology can also be really beneficial for animals!

    • If you child is struggling with any aspect of their life then I can help! Having worked as a teacher with children of all ages I can make them feel comfortable and safe and together we work through a range of issues including concentration, handwriting, listening, co-ordination, posture, eating issues, sleeping challenges, self confidence, making friends, attachment issues. Sessions are usually very enjoyable and they can’t wait for their follow up!

    • Kinesiology lets your body do the talking. We can help you with stress, goal setting, decision making, posture, pain, nutrition, family relationships, coping with life!

  • We begin by discussing in detail the issue that you wish to work on.

    We then use muscle testing to discover where the stress around the issue is being held and what your body requires to release it.

    All corrections use non-invasive, gentle techniques. By restoring balance to the energy channels, Kinesiology stimulates the body's natural healing processes and overall efficiency.

  • Online sessions are increasingly popular. They work in a very similar way to a face to face session.

    We discuss the issue that you wish to explore in detail, discover where the stress is being held around this issue and then you are guided carefully through the techniques that will help you to return to balance.

    In a face to face session you will experience manual muscle testing to identify points of stress or blocks, in an online session we discover these by noticing, self testing or by surrogate testing.

    My online clients love working like this as it’s efficient with their time, and money (it’s much more cost effective) and they are left with great tools that they can use for themselves!

    • The number of sessions will depend on you as an individual. You will be advised but generally our clients visit us every few months.

    • Each person is different. You may experience a dramatic difference straight away or changes may be more gradual.
